Clyde Document Imaging was originally founded by Jim Foulds in 1983 following 20 years previous experience in the microfilm bureau industry in Scotland.
Today the family owned company is one of Scotland's longest established quality document management bureau, operating continuously from secure premises in Cambuslang, Glasgow since 1983.
Our services include scanning of original documents and drawings up to A0 size in b&w or colour, microfilm scanning, and we also still offer microfilming services in various formats.
All our staff are full-time / permanent employees who are highly trained and motivated to provide
our clients with high quality standards of service and products.

Jim Foulds
Managing Director
Jim originally founded Clyde Document Imaging Ltd in 1983 following some 20 years previous experience in the microfilm bureau industry.
At that time he had the foresight to see the expanding market for the provision of quality document management and conversion services throughout Scotland.
Having now been continuously involved for over 40 years in the trade, his reputation for knowledge and experience is second to none. Today he is mainly responsible Sales, Technical Production & System Procedures, Security
Ailsa Foulds
Financial and Personnel Director
Ailsa's first involvement in the industry was as a microfilm camera operator in 1968, and has been with the company since 1983.
Ailsa's prime responsibilities are keeping the MD happy 24/7, but more importantly - Accounts, Customer Liaison, HR, etc...etc...
Colin Foulds
Manager
Colin was involved with the company at the start, but then served in HM Forces for a few years gaining important technical skills that are even more vital in today's hi-tech environment, before rejoining Clyde in 1988.
Colin's wide-ranging responsibilities include Production, Quality Control, Despatch & Transport, Computer Systems and Software, Final QC Inspection; .
Craig Usher
Production Supervisor
Craig originally joined us in 1996 as a production operator, making rapid progress through all of our various production areas gaining valuable skills, experience and knowledge.
Today Craig assists in Production Quality Inspections, and leads our document scanning and microfilming operations, including staff training in these areas.
Rita Crossan
Production Supervisor
Rita has been with the company since 1989, and is responsible for the day-to-day control and organization of document preparation, quality inspection, microfilm finishing, indexing departments, and staff training and development in these areas.
